Guidance needed for Electrical Safety Audit of 15-year-old 3-floor commercial building - Checklist, compliance and cost?

am planning an Electrical Audit for a 3-floor commercial building in Chikodi (approx 4500 sq ft per floor). The building is 15 years old and we have never done a full audit before.
